For this week's Dance Lab, we will be joined by Axé for an journey into "Afro-Ecstacy". "World traveling artist, Axé, has curated a special evening of organic, self-loving, embodied divine booty shaking. Beginning with intention and a group warm up, we will explore dances of the African Diaspora fused with ecstatic dance and original Sol Vida choreography. Release your mind, have fun and get free in your body."

This will be followed by an Ecstatic Dance DJ set, ending with a closing sound meditation. Space is limited, so we suggest getting your tickets in advance.— New to Ecstatic Dance?
