This breath practice rectifies faulty breathing patterns, decreases the stress response, and supports the immune system.

BE Light Breath is an open-mouthed, full-belly, continuous, diaphragmatic breath. This breath practice rectifies faulty breathing patterns, decreases the stress response, and supports the immune system by helping to expel toxicity built up in the body. Beyond the physical benefits, BE Light Breath also has the potential to help integrate emotional wounds and foster a sense of inner peace, purpose and connection.

This 90-minute introductory workshop will be delineated as: 20 minutes of lecture & demonstration, 5 minutes of intention-setting, 45 minutes of guided, active breathing, 15 minutes of meditative breathing, 10 minutes of questions & sharing. Participants are highly encouraged to bring 2 bed pillows and 1 blanket for their personal comfort during this breath experience.
