This online Yoga Nidra practice is designed to balance the heart chakra, to meet and integrate Shadow and Light parts of your psyche, and to clear and remove blocks to receiving love, prosperity, and nourishment.

It is a time just for you to connect with your Self - to lessen the grip on self-expectations and judgements, to create deep rest in the body, and allow the subconscious and unconscious beliefs that inhibit the experience of pleasure and joy to be released through the Yoga Nidra process.

A recording of the practice will be made available to all and is yours to keep for personal use whenever.

A workbook with journaling questions to guide your self-love and self-acceptance will also be provided.


WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA? Yoga Nidra is a technique derived from an ancient Tantra practice. BUT, you don't have to "do yoga," or "be a yogi," or even know how to meditate to benefit from this practice. It is a kind of mediation performed lying down in savasana and is suitable for all ages and abilities. It is a simple and efficient way to deeply relax while remaining conscious to reduce anxiety, stress, and insomnia.

Through the practice of Yoga Nidra we energetically clear the subconscious and unconscious house of the body, and release tension, emotions, and memories we no longer need to carry. We sink into the parasympathetic nervous system and enter the hypnogogic state, the state between being awake and being asleep.

The practice gives the equivalent benefits of 4 hours of sleep in just 15-20 minutes.

WHAT DO I DO?

  1. Dial in to the Zoom conference number provided prior to the session
  2. Lie down on your bed or floor, cover yourself with a blanket, and close your eyes
  3. Listen to the live session … that's it

MORE DETAILS ON THE PROCESS: The process is a voice-guided meditation that includes a body focusing exercise that creates a circuit of energy in the motor cortext to relax the brain, some breath and sound awareness practices, and some visualization activities.
