With acceptance of oneself, the gifts bestowed upon us that we scrutinize so unfairly, comes gratefulness for how we look and feel on the inside and outside.  If you want to make a change, if you want to grow, to feel joyous in your own skin, then I know you’ll take this journey with me.  Join me for a 3 hour workshop where I will help you to develop a positive self-image, healthy mindful and eating practices, show you how to align with yourself and nature to become more aware and in tune to your intuitional wants and needs, and how to heal the relationship you have with yourself so you can be secure and grateful for each moment you are alive, and how your feel and look.  3 hours of your time to take a chance on you.
