On Saturday May 18th, you are invited to join Women of Culture at Susan Eley Fine Art as we explore mixed media artist Francie Hester’s new solo show, Suspending, and use it as a launching pad to explore the art of meditation with Coach & Meditation Expert, Yuri Dhara.

After nourishing our bodies with coffee, croissants & fruit, we will nourish our souls with an exploration of mindfulness & meditation. Dhara's practice focuses on using meditation and its teachings as a guide to transcend stress, anxiety and worry and live an extraordinary life. She will show us how the practice of suspension (“moving away from the daily pace” as Hester calls it) can help us align with our higher purpose and happiness.

Then, Hester will give us an introduction to her work and talk about how self-reflection, repetition and daily practice have informed her work.

Together, these two women will teach us about the connection between art, meditation and mindfulness so that we may bring more of each into our lives. Don’t miss this chance to start your weekend with intention, connection and ART!

Coffee, croissants & fruit to be served.

$30 early bird through 5/1 at midnight; $35 full price ($10/$15 for Premier members!)
