Self Care For Women of Color

Self Care we come together monthly and are deliberate in our efforts to take care of our mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. Self Care should be practiced daily and so we will learn ways to develop a habit.
We will consider practices we can incorporate into our daily lives to be in love with our mind body and spirit. We will also explore blockages in our thinking and believing which hinder our practices. If life feels overwhelming an exploration of self might be the key to improved mood and reduced anxiety.
