About this Event Hi everyone!

We will be taking this event virtual! Bring your yoga mat, any supportive props, your favorite essential oil, and get ready to meditate, move and breathe with us. This event will be by donation only (suggested $10) and we will share the Venmo handle on the call. The silver lining is that we can now invite our friends near and far, not just those in the NYC area, and you are encouraged to do so too. We look forward to still serving you and helping you have a great weekend despite the current state of the world.

Just in time for the beginning of Spring, this Meditation, Movement & Healing Circle will focus on the cultivation of a very important virtue - Patience!

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), spring is the quintessential time of creating, cleansing, activity and movement, growth, and renewal.

And while this season of joyful new beginning, rebirth and anticipation of what's to come is welcomed, it may also bring about a sense of impatience. You may be ready for warmth, sunshine and birds singing, but it may still be cold outside, you may still need to stay indoors… impatiently waiting it out! Just like all those creative and visionary ideas you've been cultivating and hibernating on this winter season. ;)

To support you with this time of transition and growth, we have created an afternoon of introspection, movement and collective consciousness!

Join Jihan Bouraad, LMT and Certified Reiki Master and Marina Kirik, Health Coach and RYT, for grounding meditation, restorative yoga, and Kundalini healing circle. You will participate in chanting a Sanskrit mantra for healing of the self and your loved ones!
