Meditations and techniques taught in class will vary weekly and are based on the lunar cycle, which shifts every 2.5 days. Tapping into this cycle allows us to form a deeper connection with this essential biorhythm, and will expand, enlighten, and invigorate the mind, heart, and body. The class starts with a brief outline and discussion on the week's meditation(s) and theme. This class welcomes all levels, is all-inclusive- comfortable clothing recommended.

Outline of Class Themes, Thursdays from 7:15-8:15: Feb 13 -The theme for this week is tapping into sacral energy, just in time for Valentine's day. The intention is to bring in creativity, abundance, pleasure, joy meanwhile balancing within one's own sexuality- tap into unconscious desires and fall in love with ourselves. Feb 20 - Breathing techniques for radiant skin, followed by a lying down breathwork with the intention of removing shame/guilt, followed by a gentle guided visualization- light for liquid joints. Feb 27 - Meditation to tame the ego and mind, followed by open heart meditation for a deeper connection between mind & heart neurons. March 5 - an enlightening lying down meditation for nurturing, healing your inner child, and welcoming compassion.

About Kiki:  Kiki (she/they) is a teacher providing traditional and alternative methods of guidance for your empowerment and integration. They will meet you where you are - helping you feel inspired to create your own vision by means of compassion, wonder, and imagination while integrating and restoring the mind, heart, and body.
