DTLA Acupuncture's Shabnam Pourhassani, LAc, FABORM will be leading the first of an ongoing series of Self Care workshops. Over coffee, tea, and Baklava Shabnam will provide education on how stress effects gene expression and aging, as well as when and how to use acupuncture for stress relief. Life hacks will be shared on how to reduce stress: Nutrition, Acupressure, and Occupational stress.

Hosted at The Exchange restaurant's upstairs private Treehouse.
