On February 16th, make self-care your Valentine and join Fit4Purpose for a Mind + Body Workout: a day dedicated to our mental + physical fitness, personal goals, and overall emotional health. 

THE EVENT We'll active our bodies with a reckless dance party, slow down our minds with mindfulness yoga, and build community with panel conversations around womanhood, self-care, and culture. It will be a fun packed day that will leave you feeling strong, physically and mentally, and ready to create purposeful experiences in your life.
