Description

Metta, or limitless goodwill, is a practice of uprooting hatred, anger, and resentment in our mind and is an integral part of Buddhist practice. Being able to abide with a mind of goodwill towards all beings brings benefits not only to our own lives, but the world around us. Come learn the most ancient methods of metta cultivation to deepen your overall practice, as well as how to live the metta ideal in all aspects of your daily life.
